A single sin in Jesus
What we learn instead are things matching Jesus' claim to be the Savior of the world:
The Church is the greatest force for measurable good the earth has ever known being the:
LARGEST CHARITABLE INSTITUTION in the world (with no close second)
LARGEST EDUCATOR OF PEOPLE in the world (with no close second)
LARGEST PROVIDER OF HEALTH CARE in the world (with no close second) &
The Largest and Most Vigorous Defender of Human Rights in the world (with no close second)
Are Atheists grateful to Jesus for the Civilization of Western Christendom built by the church? Not at all. They actually drudge up Old Testament events as if Jesus were guilty of them.
Accusing Jesus of sin proves problematic without outrageously disingenuous acrobatics
Are Atheists innocently naive or are they desperate enough to ignore differences between:
| OLD TESTAMENT |
![]() |
NEW TESTAMENT?? |
| Could any literate person miss the contrast between | ||
| OLD COVENANT | ![]() |
NEW COVENANT?? |
| Wouldn't atheists have to live in some bizzarro alternate dimension to miss overt divisions between | ||
| J-E-W | VS | CHRISTIAN?? |
Obvious and plain are differences between The Deuteronomical Temple Law VS Jesus' command to worship
in Spirit & Truth: . . .
To impugn evil to Christ is to prove:
What court indicts reputable men for the alleged crimes of distant ancestors? Atheist courts do. Jesus precipitated the world's only true enlightenment in a time when women were burned alive, drowned or stoned and children were sacrificed to Roman and Greek gods, as depicted on the Parthenon frieze. Atheists constantly claim these "enlightenment" values.
Jesus' teachings in the New Testament utterly deracinated socially entrenched barbarities such as stoning women, racism, contempt for the disenfranchised poor & prostitutes, called for a complete abolition of slavery and so wished to exalt women up from the bottom rungs, his first resurrection appearance was to Mary Magdalene (John 20:1), a woman other men deigned to allow in the same room, regarded as a dirty outcast (Luke 7:36-50 ) and yet it was she Jesus first allowed to hug his RESURRECTED BODY and it was this
former working girl who was first entrusted with the GREATEST NEWS THE EARTH HAS EVER KNOWN: JESUS HAS RISEN FROM HIS GRAVE!!!!
No one has done more for slaves & women, even the whole world, than Jesus Christ.
The overt obviation of the Old Law by an infinitely superior and contrasting New Covenant is exigent, actionable and ubiquitously heralded by museums, televised Jesus Documentaries, Easter Memorabilia and each of the countless depictions of The LAST SUPPER whose message rings from sea to sea:
"This is my body given for you; do this in remembrance of me." 20 In the same way, after the supper he took the cup, saying, "This cup is the New Covenant in my Blood, which is poured out for you. 21 But the hand of him who is going to betray me is with mine on the table. 22 The Son of Man will go as it has been decreed, but woe to that man who betrays him." - Luke 22:1-71
Did Christ uphold or Cancel the Old Law? Both!
If you miss this point you miss Christianity: Christ came to fulfill the law and then DESTROY IT. Let's hear Paul and Jesus explain:
1 Corinthians 11:23-25 For I received from the Lord what I also passed on to you: The Lord Jesus, on the night he was betrayed, took bread, 24 and when he had given thanks, he broke it and said, "This is my body, which is for you; do this in remembrance of me." 25 In the same way, after supper he took the cup, saying, "This cup is the new covenant in my blood; do this, whenever you drink it, in remembrance of me."
Matthew 26:24-28 The Son of Man will go just as it is written about him. But woe to that man who betrays the Son of Man! It would be better for him if he had not been born." 25 Then Judas, the one who would betray him, said, "Surely not I, Rabbi?" Jesus answered, "Yes, it is you." 26 While they were eating, Jesus took bread, gave thanks and broke it, and gave it to his disciples, saying, "Take and eat; this is my body." 27 Then he took the cup, gave thanks and offered it to them, saying, "Drink from it, all of you. 28 This is my blood of the covenant, which is poured out for many for the forgiveness of sins.
Luke 22:13-23 They left and found things just as Jesus had told them. So they prepared the Passover. 14 When the hour came, Jesus and his apostles reclined at the table. 15 And he said to them, "I have eagerly desired to eat this Passover with you before I suffer. 16 For I tell you, I will not eat it again until it finds fulfillment in the kingdom of God." 17 After taking the cup, he gave thanks and said, "Take this and divide it among you. 18 For I tell you I will not drink again of the fruit of the vine until the kingdom of God comes." 19 And he took bread, gave thanks and broke it, and gave it to them, saying, "This is my body given for you; do this in remembrance of me." 20 In the same way, after the supper he took the cup, saying, "This cup is the new covenant in my blood, which is poured out for you. 21 But the hand of him who is going to betray me is with mine on the table. 22 The Son of Man will go as it has been decreed, but woe to that man who betrays him." 23 They began to question among themselves which of them it might be who would do this.
If there is overwhelming evidence that Jesus brought only good, neither harmed, killed nor sentenced anyone or sinned in any way, but to the extraordinary unrivalled contrary, consoled, healed, raised the dead and brought the only source of lasting global enlightenment, then How come liberals, homosexuals, atheists and Muslims can't stop maligning or demoting Jesus Christ, as if he were similar or a peer of a violent warring false prophet sans a single miracle or healing and who could not even read?
Strangely and against all reason, among us live those who will NEVER concede the Light Jesus' continues to bring or admit they are wrong about Christ standing alone as the world's greatest Teacher and Moral North Star by which every compass is best calibrated.
Moral trust fund babies such as Christopher Hitchens, whose own moral compass, free and affluent life is underwritten by the blood and teachings of Jesus, should reconsider their poison considering the foundation of the Jesus New Testament Based Western Enlightenment - ergo, their inculcating womb, cradle and succour - would be impossible without the foundation of Jesus Christ in the hearts of America and Britain's founders. One only need methodically compare Christ influenced nations to nations that reject Jesus vis-a-vis: North Korea, Russia, Romania, China, Saudi Arabia, Chad, Pakistan, India, Darfur, Somolia, the entire Muslim world, the atheist utopian failures, et. al..
Want a great country? Build it on Jesus vis-a-vis Britain & America. Want an abyss of poverty, censorship, amputations, beheadings, lashing and stoning young girls to death, honor killings, terrorism, suicide, censorship & execution of dissidents and a mindset of Jihadi global conquest, war & strife or skin color based caste system and prevalent female infanticide? Build it on Mohammad, Hinduism or Atheism vis-a-vis Ethiopia, Darfur, Nigeria, Bangladesh, India, China, North Korea, the Former Soviet Union, Congo, Somalia, Rwanda, Afghanistan, Pakistan, Chad, Sudan, Senegal, Niger, Afghanistan, Kosovo, Sudan, Uganda, Qatar, Chad, Yemen, Swaziland, Kazakhstan, Tunisia, Indonesia, Saudi Arabia, Serra Leone, Turkmenistan, Kyrgyzstan, Oman, Albania, Kuwait, Uzbekistan, Malaysia, Morocco, Kashmir, Algeria, Turkey, Iraq, Iran, Egypt and the rest of the nations that look to other gods or worse, mankind's irreparably skewed instinct and habitually demonstrated inability to plot a course to peaceful lands.
Lesson learned? Without Jesus a dark abyss awaits but Christian Polities Shine!!!
Herein continues the partial list of Old Law obviating Scriptures:
Hebrews 8:6 - 9:2 But the ministry Jesus has received is as superior to theirs as the covenant of which he is mediator is superior to the old one, and it is founded on better promises. 7 For if there had been nothing wrong with that first covenant, no place would have been sought for another. 8 But God found fault with the people and said: "The time is coming, declares the Lord, when I will make a new covenant with the house of Israel and with the house of Judah. 9 It will not be like the covenant I made with their forefathers when I took them by the hand to lead them out of Egypt, because they did not remain faithful to my covenant, and I turned away from them, declares the Lord. 10 This is the covenant I will make with the house of Israel after that time, declares the Lord. I will put my laws in their minds and write them on their hearts. I will be their God, and they will be my people. 11 No longer will a man teach his neighbor, or a man his brother, saying, 'Know the Lord,' because they will all know me, from the least of them to the greatest. 12 For I will forgive their wickedness and will remember their sins no more." 13 By calling this covenant "new," he has made the first one obsolete; and what is obsolete and aging will soon disappear. Hebrews 9:1 Now the first covenant had regulations for worship and also an earthly sanctuary. 2 A tabernacle was set up. In its first room were the lampstand, the table and the consecrated bread; this was called the Holy Place.
Hebrews 9:7-10 But only the high priest entered the inner room, and that only once a year, and never without blood, which he offered for himself and for the sins the people had committed in ignorance. 8 The Holy Spirit was showing by this that the way into the Most Holy Place had not yet been disclosed as long as the first tabernacle was still standing. 9 This is an illustration for the present time, indicating that the gifts and sacrifices being offered were not able to clear the conscience of the worshiper. 10 They are only a matter of food and drink and various ceremonial washings-- external regulations applying until the time of the new order.
Hebrews 9:11-18 When Christ came as high priest of the good things that are already here, he went through the greater and more perfect tabernacle that is not man-made, that is to say, not a part of this creation. 12 He did not enter by means of the blood of goats and calves; but he entered the Most Holy Place once for all by his own blood, having obtained eternal redemption. 13 The blood of goats and bulls and the ashes of a heifer sprinkled on those who are ceremonially unclean sanctify them so that they are outwardly clean. 14 How much more, then, will the blood of Christ, who through the eternal Spirit offered himself unblemished to God, cleanse our consciences from acts that lead to death, so that we may serve the living God! 15 For this reason Christ is the mediator of a new covenant, that those who are called may receive the promised eternal inheritance-- now that he has died as a ransom to set them free from the sins committed under the first covenant. 16 In the case of a will, it is necessary to prove the death of the one who made it, 17 because a will is in force only when somebody has died; it never takes effect while the one who made it is living. 18 This is why even the first covenant was not put into effect without blood.
Hebrews 10:1-2 The law is only a shadow of the good things that are coming-- not the realities themselves. For this reason it can never, by the same sacrifices repeated endlessly year after year, make perfect those who draw near to worship. 2 If it could, would they not have stopped being offered?
Hebrews 10:15-20 The Holy Spirit also testifies to us about this. First he says: 16 "This is the covenant I will make with them after that time, says the Lord. I will put my laws in their hearts, and I will write them on their minds." 17 Then he adds: "Their sins and lawless acts I will remember no more." 18 And where these have been forgiven, there is no longer any sacrifice for sin. 19 Therefore, brothers, since we have confidence to enter the Most Holy Place by the blood of Jesus, 20 by a new and living way opened for us through the curtain, that is, his body,
Romans 3:19-31 Now we know that whatever the law says, it says to those who are under the law, so that every mouth may be silenced and the whole world held accountable to God. 20 Therefore no one will be declared righteous in his sight by observing the law; rather, through the law we become conscious of sin. 21 But now a righteousness from God, apart from law, has been made known, to which the Law and the Prophets testify. 22 This righteousness from God comes through faith in Jesus Christ to all who believe. There is no difference, 23 for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God, 24 and are justified freely by his grace through the redemption that came by Christ Jesus. 25 God presented him as a sacrifice of atonement, through faith in his blood. He did this to demonstrate his justice, because in his forbearance he had left the sins committed beforehand unpunished-- 26 he did it to demonstrate his justice at the present time, so as to be just and the one who justifies those who have faith in Jesus. 27 Where, then, is boasting? It is excluded. On what principle? On that of observing the law? No, but on that of faith. 28 For we maintain that a man is justified by faith apart from observing the law. 29 Is God the God of Jews only? Is he not the God of Gentiles too? Yes, of Gentiles too, 30 since there is only one God, who will justify the circumcised by faith and the uncircumcised through that same faith. 31 Do we, then, nullify the law by this faith? Not at all! Rather, we uphold the law.
Romans 4:13-16 It was not through law that Abraham and his offspring received the promise that he would be heir of the world, but through the righteousness that comes by faith. 14 For if those who live by law are heirs, faith has no value and the promise is worthless, 15 because law brings wrath. And where there is no law there is no transgression. 16 Therefore, the promise comes by faith, so that it may be by grace and may be guaranteed to all Abraham's offspring-- not only to those who are of the law but also to those who are of the faith of Abraham. He is the father of us all.
Acts 18 Paul arrested by Jews for teaching contrary to the law
Acts 18:12 While Gallio was proconsul of Achaia, the Jews made a united attack on Paul and brought him into court. 13 "This man," they charged, "is persuading the people to worship God in ways contrary to the law."
Romans 6:13-15 Do not offer the parts of your body to sin, as instruments of wickedness, but rather offer yourselves to God, as those who have been brought from death to life; and offer the parts of your body to him as instruments of righteousness. 14 For sin shall not be your master, because you are not under law, but under grace. 15 What then? Shall we sin because we are not under law but under grace? By no means!
Romans 7:1-6 Do you not know, brothers-- for I am speaking to men who know the law-- that the law has authority over a man only as long as he lives? 2 For example, by law a married woman is bound to her husband as long as he is alive, but if her husband dies, she is released from the law of marriage. 3 So then, if she marries another man while her husband is still alive, she is called an adulteress. But if her husband dies, she is released from that law and is not an adulteress, even though she marries another man. 4 So, my brothers, you also died to the law through the body of Christ, that you might belong to another, to him who was raised from the dead, in order that we might bear fruit to God. 5 For when we were controlled by the sinful nature, the sinful passions aroused by the law were at work in our bodies, so that we bore fruit for death. 6 But now, by dying to what once bound us, we have been released from the law so that we serve in the new way of the Spirit, and not in the old way of the written code.
What Does it all Mean? The GOOD NEWS IS BELOW
and A NEW LIFE is just a belief, counting the costs, confession, repentance, pledge to follow Christ as a true disciple and baptism in the name of Jesus Christ away:
Acts 2:38 - Repent and be Baptized and you will be forgiven, washed clean, receive the Spirit of Jesus to guide, transform and be your strength when you are weak and at that point God adds you also, to Christ's church and family! A BRAND NEW LIFE!!! Just click the cross at the very top of the page :-)Romans 8:1-39 Therefore, there is now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus, 2 because through Christ Jesus the law of the Spirit of life set me free from the law of sin and death. 3 For what the law was powerless to do in that it was weakened by the sinful nature, God did by sending his own Son in the likeness of sinful man to be a sin offering. And so he condemned sin in sinful man, 4 in order that the righteous requirements of the law might be fully met in us, who do not live according to the sinful nature but according to the Spirit. 5
Those who live according to the sinful nature have their minds set on what that nature desires; but those who live in accordance with the Spirit have their minds set on what the Spirit desires. 6 The mind of sinful man is death, but the mind controlled by the Spirit is life and peace; 7 the sinful mind is hostile to God. It does not submit to God's law, nor can it do so. 8 Those controlled by the sinful nature cannot please God. 9 You, however, are controlled not by the sinful nature but by the Spirit, if the Spirit of God lives in you. And if anyone does not have the Spirit of Christ, he does not belong to Christ. 10
But if Christ is in you, your body is dead because of sin, yet your spirit is alive because of righteousness. 11 And if the Spirit of him who raised Jesus from the dead is living in you, he who raised Christ from the dead will also give life to your mortal bodies through his Spirit, who lives in you. 12 Therefore, brothers, we have an obligation-- but it is not to the sinful nature, to live according to it. 13 For if you live according to the sinful nature, you will die; but if by the Spirit you put to death the misdeeds of the body, you will live, 14 because those who are led by the Spirit of God are sons of God. 15
For you did not receive a spirit that makes you a slave again to fear, but you received the Spirit of sonship. And by him we cry, "Abba, Father." 16 The Spirit himself testifies with our spirit that we are God's children. 17 Now if we are children, then we are heirs-- heirs of God and co-heirs with Christ, if indeed we share in his sufferings in order that we may also share in his glory. 18
I consider that our present sufferings are not worth comparing with the glory that will be revealed in us. 19 The creation waits in eager expectation for the sons of God to be revealed. 20 For the creation was subjected to frustration, not by its own choice, but by the will of the one who subjected it, in hope 21 that the creation itself will be liberated from its bondage to decay and brought into the glorious freedom of the children of God. 22 We know that the whole creation has been groaning as in the pains of childbirth right up to the present time. 23 Not only so, but we ourselves, who have the firstfruits of the Spirit, groan inwardly as we wait eagerly for our adoption as sons, the redemption of our bodies. 24 For in this hope we were saved. But hope that is seen is no hope at all. Who hopes for what he already has? 25 But if we hope for what we do not yet have, we wait for it patiently. 26
In the same way, the Spirit helps us in our weakness. We do not know what we ought to pray for, but the Spirit himself intercedes for us with groans that words cannot express. 27 And he who searches our hearts knows the mind of the Spirit, because the Spirit intercedes for the saints in accordance with God's will. 28 And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose. 29 For those God foreknew he also predestined to be conformed to the likeness of his Son, that he might be the firstborn among many brothers. 30 And those he predestined, he also called; those he called, he also justified; those he justified, he also glorified. 31 What, then, shall we say in response to this?
If God is for us, who can be against us? 32 He who did not spare his own Son, but gave him up for us all-- how will he not also, along with him, graciously give us all things? 33 Who will bring any charge against those whom God has chosen? It is God who justifies. 34 Who is he that condemns? Christ Jesus, who died-- more than that, who was raised to life-- is at the right hand of God and is also interceding for us. 35
Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? Shall trouble or hardship or persecution or famine or nakedness or danger or sword? 36 As it is written: "For your sake we face death all day long; we are considered as sheep to be slaughtered." 37 No, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him who loved us. 38 For I am convinced that
neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, neither the present nor the future, nor any powers, 39 neither height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord.
Romans 10:4-21 Christ is the end of the law so that there may be righteousness for everyone who believes. 5 Moses describes in this way the righteousness that is by the law: "The man who does these things will live by them." 6 But the righteousness that is by faith says: "Do not say in your heart, 'Who will ascend into heaven?'" (that is, to bring Christ down) 7 "or 'Who will descend into the deep?'" (that is, to bring Christ up from the dead). 8 But what does it say? "The word is near you; it is in your mouth and in your heart," that is, the word of faith we are proclaiming: 9
That if you confess with your mouth, "Jesus is Lord," and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. 10 For it is with your heart that you believe and are justified, and it is with your mouth that you confess and are saved. 11 As the Scripture says, "Anyone who trusts in him will never be put to shame." 12 For there is no difference between Jew and Gentile-- the same Lord is Lord of all and richly blesses all who call on him, 13 for,
"Everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved." 14 How, then, can they call on the one they have not believed in? And how can they believe in the one of whom they have not heard? And how can they hear without someone preaching to them? 15 And how can they preach unless they are sent? As it is written, "How beautiful are the feet of those who bring good news!" 16 But not all the Israelites accepted the good news. For Isaiah says, "Lord, who has believed our message?" 17 Consequently,
faith comes from hearing the message, and the message is heard through the word of Christ. 18 But I ask: Did they not hear? Of course they did: "Their voice has gone out into all the earth, their words to the ends of the world." 19 Again I ask: Did Israel not understand? First, Moses says, "I will make you envious by those who are not a nation; I will make you angry by a nation that has no understanding." 20 And Isaiah boldly says, "I was found by those who did not seek me; I revealed myself to those who did not ask for me." 21 But concerning Israel he says, "All day long I have held out my hands to a disobedient and obstinate people."
May God Bless all who read this in truth.
Can God be Indicted and Condemned for his creation?
Christopher Hitchens says the ideas Jesus puts forth are filthy, disgusting and poison to all mankind and if God behaves in the ways Christopher caustically construes,
God himself is indicted and condemned by order of the absolute objective moral standard Christopher says doesn't exist, apparently except when condemning God. Conveniently, the same absolute objective moral standard used to condemn God and Christians cannot condemn anything Christopher does, including having his cake and eating it too.
Metaphysically speaking, it's not every day that a plump lump of clay leaps off the spindle, arrests and condemns the potter to moral jail unassisted by any fair principle of jurisprudence. Summary: Christopher is one hell of a logically slimy double dealling hypocritical alcoholic psuedo-judge hawking books upon gullible prosylites of the atheist religion who pay with their souls. To learn more about why most atheist weeds will be uprooted and tossed where we all know weeds belong, visit atheistscum.com
Christopher, in typcial atheist fashion, demands proof of a Designer with the stipulation that nothing in the universe, whether human sentience, the exquisitely sublime poetry of life, planets, stars, galaxies, DNA, the fine-tuning upon which life depends, puppy dog's tails or the sum total of these, may be used as evidence. This stipulation is, of course, completely and utterly illogical, evil and insane. Look down at Christopher's feet and you will notice he hasn't a philosophical leg on which to stand. The grammar and foundation of Christopher's accusations, a chubby little brush scolding the Painter, are logically indefensible at best and at worst, the face of charming erudite soul sucking evil.
The first to present his case seems right, till another comes forward and questions him. Pr 18:17
Christopher's favorite slur is to compare God to a heavenly Kim Il-Sung style dictator in the sky but beneath the comedy club antics: Conceptually, Philosophically, Logically, it's impossible to divorce the inherent sovereignty Artists, Authors, Sculptors and Creators working in solitude inextricably have over things they create from scratch.
When Spielberg decrees death for Jaba the Hut, should we put him in prison for this crime over his creation? If you say, "But movies aren't alive" I will say: a.) by whose objective perspective: novels and movies spread across the globe, space and time and out-influence and outlive their makers and b.) what does life have to do with it? Christopher incessantly says the universe could not care less about whether the sun, earth or people exist, live or die because life has no overarching objective meaning or value to the universe. If this is true, no action can be construed as evil because nothing has absolute objective value. And if life does have value, then humans are condemned for imprisoning, torturing, massacring and consuming every exploitable life form on which they can lay their hands. Hypocrisy, contradiction and argument from subjective indulgent convenience constitute the staple diet of the atheist.
Whereas Christians rely on textual evidence, empirically and socially measurable human rights dispositions of countries with and without Christ's influence and on the scene eye witness accounts of the most well attested events in human history, Atheist arguments are the illogical hypocritical white trash of the debate world.
By forming, in what otherwise is a vacuum, clay in a certain way, can a being of Light that existed before all things, be indicted for sin and if so - by whom and on what grounds? Can any shape, be it ashtray or walking talking doll, implicate or pass sentence upon the Potter? Is human sentience so special, precious and valuable and to whom? Per the dogma of the atheist religion, the never ending stream of men like Mao Zedong who slaughter as many as they can comfortably get away with, are no better or worse than Jesus who said God cares about every sparrow that falls to the ground. How much more does he love and care about you.
Though man has never created a single life form, since time immemorial has he not, with universal impunity, executed men deemed worthy of death, imprisoned others according to law and exercised complete sovereignty over lesser life forms, subordinating, imprisoning, torturing, buying, selling, breeding and genetically manipulating the very nature of those animals not killed and eaten? Where do these little Hitlers get off accusing God then?
Do we not award Nobel prizes to those scientists who extract an animal brain, insert a microchip and turn it into a ghastly horrific biotech blasphemy robbed of all autonomy, to be used as a flying humming bird camera or expendable explosive dolphin? And you ask why we need a Hell? Ask no more.
If subjecting other creatures to death is a crime, perhaps we should execute judges for the death sentences they hand out or for putting young men into gloomy dungeons? Was the judge who sentenced the man who tortured, raped & murdered Dr. William Petit's wife & 2 daughters (17 & 11 years old) guilty of some crime - why not? If man reserves the right to judge that which he didn't create, need God ask the clay's permission to judge his own creation?
When Andrea Solario paints a beheaded John the Baptist or Dickens authors a multiplicity of beheadings, have they committed a crime by filling in an empty space with whatsoever they desired? Is not man God's art, play and sculpture given dimensions of which Michelangelo's art can only dream?
Should God have less sovereignty because he is able to bring his creations to life?
Unless the Creator gives value to the clay, does it have value to the Creator and to what degree, that the extinguishment thereof should merit lament or punitive action? Playing it out: if God is guilty and deserves some roughing up, who might do the roughing?
The human mind cannot escape egocentric subjective evaluations of our own value: our conclusion is we are the most precious valuable thing in the universe. Without God in the model, this is an illusion. To the atheist, we are just another animal and those atheists who, as in WWII, use humans as guinna pigs, practice what atheists preach. Not so for the Christian who can tell his children, "Sleep soundly honey, nothing can separate you from the love God has for each of us in Jesus Christ, Amen."
Job 20:6-9 Though his pride reaches to the heavens and his head touches the clouds, 7 he will perish forever, like his own dung; those who have seen him will say, 'Where is he?' 8 Like a dream he flies away, no more to be found, banished like a vision of the night. 9 The eye that saw him will not see him again; his place will look on him no more.
The above is true. Christ died to raise you above this fate to the status of A SON OF GOD. Accepting or rejecting Jesus' generous offer is your raison d'etre.
The primary error of today's atheist toadies, putting it euphemistically, is a failure to understand the contextual limits of evil or the sovereign demesne of every HUMAN author, sculptor, painter and creator over his creation.
And if feeble know nothing humanoid Man does as he wishes with his art and scientists imprison, torture and consume lower creatures they didn't create, does not God reserve the same rights over that which he did create? Why do you condemn God but exalt and esteem the animal torturing scientist?
Man killing man is evil but not in the same way God killing man is evil: only in the former case is there a guilty party. When God says he creates evil, indeed this is true albeit he means it in the sense it brings misery and doom for man.
If you think God, Scripture or any mean theologian takes that to mean God has sinned and himself committed evil in a self implicating way, then you do not understand, philosophically, what it means to exist before all things, including laws of right and wrong which have a limited duration and context relative to earth, fleshly bodies and human sensitivities.
God may be guilty of something, but our laws and courts rendering judgments based solely upon injury to infinitesimally insignificant short lived human disappointments, inconvenience and injured feelings are not sufficient to get the job done.
Scientists and the atheist community support the torture of chimps, cats, dogs and myriad other creatures who will live and die in agony, anxiety and horror: condemning God on top of it serves only to heat their own future homes.
Lastly consider, there was no such thing as evil by or to humans before God said: Genesis 1:3-4 "Let there be light," and there was light. 4 God saw that the light was good, and he separated the light from the darkness.
This is the creation of a division between good and evil. The actual solar bodies do not come until v14.
In distillation: God cannot be implicated in an infinitesimal subset of his own fashioning, ergo the stage of human right and wrong, until he enters that stage. Jesus however, did enter the human stage and did subject himself to the apparent possibility of committing evil and sin.
As every witness records, Jesus was found blameless of any wrongdoing but surfeit with life. That's why his death was not payment for his own sins, but for yours and mine.
Whoever believes in the undeniable and incontrovertible Light & Enlightenment Jesus brought to the earth and confesses, "Jesus is Lord" will be saved. Whoever does not believe in Jesus' name is condemned already for he has made God out to be a liar regarding the conspicuous testimony given about Jesus the Son, the testimony that shook up the world and gives light to every person, culture and country that embraces it.
John 1:3-17 Through him all things were made; without him nothing was made that has been made. 4 In him was life, and that life was the light of men. 5 The light shines in the darkness, but the darkness has not understood it. 6 There came a man who was sent from God; his name was John. 7 He came as a witness to testify concerning that light, so that through him all men might believe. 8 He himself was not the light; he came only as a witness to the light.
9 The true light that gives light to every man was coming into the world. 10 He was in the world, and though the world was made through him, the world did not recognize him. 11 He came to that which was his own, but his own did not receive him. 12 Yet to all who received him, to those who believed in his name, he gave the right to become children of God-- 13 children born not of natural descent, nor of human decision or a husband's will, but born of God.
14 The Word became flesh and made his dwelling among us. We have seen his glory, the glory of the One and Only, who came from the Father, full of grace and truth. 15 John testifies concerning him. He cries out, saying, "This was he of whom I said, 'He who comes after me has surpassed me because he was before me.'" 16 From the fullness of his grace we have all received one blessing after another. 17 For the law was given through Moses; grace and truth came through Jesus Christ.

NEWS FLASH: Jesus CANCELS Old Law!
Jesus "canceled the law with its regulations that was against us, taking it away, nailing it to the cross." Col 2:13-17
Ephesians 2:15-16 "Jesus abolished the Old Law in his flesh, with its commandments."
Luke 22 At supper Jesus took the cup, saying, "This cup is the NEW COVENANT in my blood, which is poured out for you."
Hebrews 8:13 By calling this Covenant "NEW," he made the first obsolete; & the obsolete & aging will soon disappear.
~~Jesus had to walk a fine line as he gradually Abolished the Old Law~~
Notice that Jesus, in this same Matthew 5-7 Sermon on the mount, takes each Old Testament Law & changes it, "You have heard it was said..but I say..." Thus begins the transition from Old Law to New Covenant :-)
~~The Old Law stands UNTIL...All is accomplished" - Mat 5.18
Matthew 27 And when Jesus had cried out again in a loud voice (IT IS ACCOMPLISHED!!!) he gave up his spirit. At that moment THE CURTAIN OF THE TEMPLE WAS TORN IN TWO from top to bottom. John 19:30
"U-N-T-I-L all is accomplished" escapes most atheists : -)
For your sake, let's pretend your accusations against Jesus spring from profound naivety, as when one is raised in a dungeon without light, books or a view of history, for willfully ignorant and astucious slanderers of Christ and the inextinguishable blindingly obvious and wholly unrivaled Enlightenment Jesus brings to person, culture and country, can indeed expect the very worst the AfterLife has to offer.
Understandably, humans can swell with their glorious gifts of intellect, discovery and creativity, little realizing that distinctions between dust, bugs and humans exist only at God's behest. Would you rather be a spider, or perhaps one of billions of laboratory animals whose entire life consists of cramped caged agony, fear and anxiety, wondering when the next sadistic experiment will begin or worse, endure an experiment without end?
What if instead you were a pig, whose intelligence surpasses that of dogs, and were imprisoned in dark and fetid dungeons of anguish and misery, unable to turn around, hearing nothing but deafening distraught screams and squeals all day & all night, until slaughtered and consumed or perhaps cavalierly thrown, uneaten, into the trash at the Barbecue Hut?
Those supporting institutionalized and merciless havoc upon lessor creatures should consider their hypocrisy when railing against God's alleged cruelty.
How grateful ought we to be that God created us in His image? Humans have never created life, only killed on a magnitude reaching to the Heavens. Does not every Potter have inseparable sovereignty over the clay? Can perogative be divorced from any artist, author or painter? Are we more than paint on God's pallette, mere words in his Book of Life?
At the end of every atheist's life comes a time when in hidden fearful moments they sense what's ahead and whisper..."God...please...God...I'm sorry..." but will it be too late?
Since no greater source of Light has come into the world, why not consider the sayings of the greatest teacher in history? Jesus, the Apostles and Christians of every walk agree: If you count the costs (Luke 14:28), repent (Eze 18:32), confess that Jesus is Lord (Rom 10:9), and are baptized according to Acts 2:37-42, your sins are washed away (Acts 22:16), you are cleansed by Jesus' blood (Col 1:22) and the Spirit of Christ may now evermore dwell inside of you (Rom8:9, Eph1:13, 2Cor1:22, 2Cor5:5).
Having died to the Law and Sin in a (John 1:13, 1John3:9, 1John4:7, 1John5:1-4, 1John5:18-20, 2Cor5:17, Gal6:15) regnerative obedience (Gal 2:20, Rom6:4-6, Col3:1-3), you are now "Born Again" as an adopted son or daughter of God.
Sounds too good to be true (Acts 5:38-42, Acts 14:15, Rom10:16-18), because who deserves to rule with Christ (Luke12:40-50) in Heaven and elsewhere (Isa65:17, 2Pet3:13, Rev21:1-4) vis-a-vis God's delight in your decision to accept Jesus' invitation (Heb2:1-4, Heb3:1-4:13, Luke13:23-30) into his family (1John5:19, 1John3:1-19) at a cost deeper than the (Isa53:2-5, 6-9, 10-12, Isa54:1) ocean, wider than the sky (Psa 22:1, Mat27:43-46, 47-50, 51-54) and with a love over which words can only stumble in describing (Eph 3:16-19, 20-21).
Take Jesus' hand...while you still can (Mar16:13-16, John3:16-19, 20-23). If this sounds like part kindly invitation and part "Abandon All Hope You Who Willfully Reject and Malign Christ to justify yourselves," you have judged rightly (John 12:46-49, 50).

A little humility is in order from creatures so quickly returning to dust and for atheists, to a place that will not be impressed with their recalcitrance.
